This Aqua Blue Murano glass circle necklace features genuine handmade Venetian glass containing white gold, hand set in polished sterling silver. The round glass pendant measures approximately 20mm in diameter and hangs from a sterling silver snake chain, available in 16-inch or 18-inch lengths.

The glass is handmade by skilled artisans on the island of Murano in Venice, Italy, using traditional glassmaking techniques passed down through generations. Delicate layers of white gold leaf within the glass create lovely silvery highlights. Tiny bubbles, flecks and natural variations give each piece its own individual character, making every necklace unique.

The circular design takes inspiration from the coloured stained glass at Antoni Gaudí's Casa Batlló in Barcelona. The windows are both functional and decorative, allowing light to filter through underwater colours and shapes reminiscent of jellyfish and the circular swirl of ammonites . The Aqua Blue Murano glass captures the same effect, with its colour and white gold catching the light.
