• Orders will be delivered by Royal Mail Monday - Saturday (excluding bank holidays).

• Packages containing 1 - 3 items will be posted through a standard sized letterbox. For orders containing 4 or more items when no one is at the address to accept delivery the package may be left in a safe place or a card left to rearrange delivery/collection.

• Free delivery is not a fully tracked service. If you wish to have full tracking, please select Next Day Delivery delivery at the checkout.

• Confirmation of delivery will be uploaded onto Royal Mail's website once delivered, usually with a date, time and delivery location.

• Express orders will be sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery.

• Express orders placed before 1pm Monday - Friday will be delivered next day.

• Express orders placed after 1pm will be delivered within 2 days.

• Express orders placed after 1pm Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be delivered the following Tuesday.

• Express orders will be delivered Monday - Saturday (excluding bank holidays).

• A signature is usually required upon delivery.

• Overseas orders will be shipped using Royal Mail International Tracked delivery. Once the package leaves the UK it will be handed to the destination country's domestic postal service for delivery.

• This is a tracked service. You can track on Royal Mail's website and the destination country's postal service's website.

• This is a faster courier service. We usually use UPS.

• Orders placed before 10am Monday - Friday should be sent same day.

• Orders placed after 10am Monday - Friday will be shipped the following day.

• Orders placed after 10am Friday, Saturday and Sunday will ship the following Monday.

• We regret that due to the new Trump tariffs, we can no longer offer a express courier service to the USA as the tariffs and and courier fees are too costly. - You can blame Trump for that! Royal Mail standard international shipping is reliable and swift and is delivered duty paid so please opt for this at the checkout if you wish your order to be shipped to the USA.
  It's currently £12.50 and takes around 6 - 10 working days, often sooner.

• Customers are responsible for all duties and customs fees on International orders.

• For delivery to non UK countries there may be import fees payable upon delivery. Please ensure that you are aware of potential fees and import duty prior to ordering.

• We can not be held responsible for any delays due to customs.

• There are NO customs fees payable on UK orders delivered within the UK.

• USA orders ship with tariffs paid – no extra fees on delivery. The cost of delivery to USA is currently £12.50.
