Returns & Refunds
At Claudette Worters we pride ourselves on delivering quality jewellery and we want you to love your purchase. If you need a different size, material, or even a new piece, we’re here to assist. Follow these simple steps for a hassle-free exchange:
Request an Exchange: Email us at hello@claudetteworters.co.uk with your full name, order number, and details of your exchange request. We’ll confirm availability and guide you through the process.
If you would like a refund for an item that is not personalised, the item must be returned to us within 14 days of purchase. The item must be completely unworn and in all of its original packaging. We will not refund worn items or products with incomplete packaging. Goods that show obvious signs of wear will be returned to the buyer at their own cost.
If you are returning an item for a refund or an exchange, the cost of returning the item is your responsibility.
For hygiene and safety reasons, please note that earrings are non-returnable.
Personalised and bespoke items are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
To return a stock item (non-personalised), please email us first at hello@claudetteworters.co.uk with the following details:
- Your full name.
- Your email address.
- Your original order number.
- The product you wish to return and the reason for the return.
Returns must be notified within 14 days of receiving the product. Once we have assessed your request and if your return request is approved, you will be provided with further instructions on how to send the item back.

Refunds will only be processed once we have received the returned item. For your peace of mind, we recommend using a tracked delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit.
We will process your refund directly to your debit /credit card or PayPal account within 14 working days of receiving it. Please note, it can take around 5 more days for your refund to be credited to your bank account or credit card once we’ve processed it.
In the unlikely event you receive an incorrect or damaged order, please get in touch within 30 days of receiving your order. You can reach us at hello@claudetteworters.co.uk
Please be aware that we cannot accept responsibility for any alterations or repairs carried out by other jewellers. Any modifications to any pieces of our jewellery collection by a third party will void our 30-day warranty.
